In the course of ministry, Deacons, Elders, and Clergy were constantly encountering families in unstable housing conditions. Younger couples were having trouble were having trouble coping with higher rents, and living in often-illegal basement apartments. Seniors living on fixed incomes often had trouble with the upkeep of their homes, and maintaining independence in the face of health challenges or declining mobility.

This high-quality development is dedicated to improving the lives of the Saint Albans community at all stages of life. The St. Albans Cycle of Life is a 67-unit, multi-family affordable housing complex, and includes a 13,071 square foot civic space, The Edward Davis Center, offering a safe, clean venue hosting various educational and recreational programs for people of all ages.

The Cycle of Life initiative was conceived to assist local residents in these challenging situations and others to live in a modern, safe, affordable home. Our prayers have been answered, and we give God the Glory!
